　　Established in 2000, Sunshine Intellectual Property International Co., Ltd (IPSUNSHINE) is a patent and trademark agency respectively designated by the State Intellectual Property Office of China (SIPO) and Trademark Office of China. With headquarter located in Zhongguancun of Beijing, SUNSHINE has set up branch offices in Suzhou, Shenzhen, Wenzhou, Qindao and Montreal in Canada consecutively. 　　The firm’s business scope covers application, litigation, analysis and evaluation, transaction and operation, consultation etc. Services related to the IP matters home and abroad. As having extensive practicing experience in all phases from the application, protection till operation of the IP matters, we are able to provide customized solution for various clients.

　　Since it is required that all the patent applications undergo a novelty search home and abroad, as well as a strict quality control system, the average granting rate for the invention patent applications represented by Sunshine reaches as high as 93%, while the winning rate for patent invalidations and litigations reaches 80%. Every year, nearly 100 patents are successfully licensed and transferred through Sunshine. In June of 2013, Sunshine successfully organized an international forum on IP management and operation, which provides intellectual property analysis and evaluation service as well as immediate and information about technology, law, marketing for enterprises and institutions, and thus helps to form the bedrock of client’s IP evaluation, transaction and operation. Besides, SUNSHINE keeps the record for seven years in undertaking freedom to operation and emergency relief projects hosted by Beijing IPO and was well received from official authorities, experts and clients.

　　The company has around 150 staffs, of whom 100 are lawyers and patent attorneys and more than 70% of them have Master degree, while the upper management has average work experience over 10 years. Meanwhile, our agency has recruited many leaders in IP field, including senior information analyst, asset appraiser, forensic expert and member of Intellectual Property in enterprises and institutions. All of them are expert on biology, pharmaceutics, mechanics, chemicals, automation, communication, software etc.
